We are excited to announce a new agent to the Spica Real Estate team!  Owner and broker of Gold Realty in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Ryan Kaufman!

With over 35 years of business experience, 10 of which have been in real estate sales and brokerage, Ryan brings wisdom, leadership, and quality to the team.  His areas of expertise are condominiums, new construction sales, marketing, and corporate relocation.

Since 1994, Ryan and his wife Carole have called West Michigan home, raising six children and now enjoying four grandchildren.  Ryan is heavily involved in the community through organizations such as Kentwood Rotary, International Steward, Holt International, and Adoptive Family Support Network.
