Buying any real estate is a big deal. Whether it’s your first home, your last home, an investment, or a vacation property, it’s a big deal. And when it’s a big deal, we need to get the experts involved.
As much as we’d like to think that we’re good at everything, the truth is, we’re not. Most of us are average at a lot of things, good at some, and an expert at only a couple. But one thing I’ve learned, is that you can surround yourself with experts in areas where you lack.

To market a home, I hire a professional photographer

To secure a loan, I hire an experienced loan officer
To get clear title, and a smooth closing, I hire a title company

Sure, we can do a lot of these items ourselves. But to do them really well, we call on the team. These are not people on staff, or on payroll. They are independent companies working for us, and our clients. Working hard to earn repeat business.
The best way for us to do what we do better is to surround ourselves with people who do parts of our business better and quicker than we can do it. Ultimately, this serves the client best.
