Now that you have found “the house” it’s time to make an offer on the home. When an offer is made, we put together a purchase agreement together for you. The purchase agreement is not official until all parties have agreed up the stipulations and everyone signs it.

The terms of the purchase agreement vary from offer to offer. So, keep in mind that your agreement is unique to your situation. It is our responsibility to help you come up with a purchase agreement that meets your needs.

Sometimes the purchase agreement is sent back and forth between the buyer and seller multiple times before it is actually signed. Negotiating is an art. It’s important that if your purchase agreement is sent back that you are willing to work with the seller, but also be sure that you are getting what you want. It’s important that you are getting what you need! And it is our goal to make sure that you are comfortable with the process and satisfied with the results.
