The other day I was at a restaurant perusing my menu and debating what I’d choose for my meal, when a picture caught my eye.  As soon as I saw the picture, my mouth started watering.  I didn’t know which item from the menu it was, so I asked the waiter to “tell me about that picture.”  I found as I listened to his description detailing the meal, my appetite increased.  I wanted that item.  Not based off the menu label “brisket nachos”, but because of the detailed description and excellent picture.  The same concept can be translated to real estate.

In the real estate world, it’s all about visual appearance, and how the home looks.  Equally important is the description, not just that it has 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms, but are they generous sized bedrooms, etc.  What words are you using to describe what makes this house special and unique?  How are we using photos to make the house so appealing that people are excited about it?
