“Before the Parade Passes By”

You may have heard of the Parade of Homes hosted by the Home Builder’s Association of Greater Grand Rapids.  I assure you it is not an “Alice In Wonderland” type of event in which actual homes march down a street to be admired by onlookers.  It’s much more interactive as the onlookers are the mobile ones.  It does hold great appeal to those of us in market for a home, who know someone in market for a home, or simply who appreciate the design and feature of homes.

During the Parade, ticket holders are able to tour many homes that are currently available, as well as some that have recently been purchased.  A tour can be as simple as enjoying the layout and design of a specific home to as detailed as researching building materials used and why.  Don’t forget the added bonus of potentially finding your new home!

Spica Real Estate is representing a home at 7336 Tularosa St. SW in Byron Center.  We are also holding a drawing for free tickets to the Parade of Homes at our booth at the Byron Center Community Expo.  So get a ticket “before the parade passes by.”  This enticing event closes on October 22 this year.
