5 Things We Learned from Our Clients in 2015

2015 was a big year for us… in so many ways! We were able to connect with more people from the Byron Center community than we ever dreamed. And along the way, we were able to make learn some pretty incredible lessons from our clients.

5 Things We Learned from Our Byron Center Clients in 2015

#1: Take Time to Explore
Byron Center is not just a place where we work; it has way more to offer than that! We went exploring this year, trying to find some of our favorite parks and ways to give back to the community. This upcoming year, we’re excited to be featuring some more of our favorite hot spots on the blog, too! So make sure you check in to read all about them!

#2: Starting with the Basics is Essential
This year we learned that we needed to slow down and make more time for the basics. So many of our clients had the same reoccurring questions that we realized we had a gap somewhere. That’s why, we created this First Time Home Buyer Video Series that took our clients through the entire home buying process step by step. #3: Give Practical Advice
It was a definite “AH HA!” moment for us this year, when we realized that so many of our clients just want to hear practical advice about moving and establishing themselves in a new community. Transitions can be challenging, we learned, and we really tried hard to make the whole process easier for our clients than it’s ever been before. We wrote some posts about moving in the winter, and discussed ways to prepare your children for the move, too. We addressed the financial responsibilities of moving and also what you should do when you move in to your new home. We’re hoping to address more practical moving tips this year as well.

#4: We Belong in Byron Center
This year we had the difficult decision of deciding where we should relocate our realty office. We went back and forth with this decision for a long time, and in the end, one thing became very evident to us: we belong in Byron Center. That’s why we decided to start construction on our new Byron Center office, right downtown Byron Center, in front of the Family Fare. We’re excited for its completion in 2016! We know this is the best step for bring us closer to the community than ever before.

It is a Time of Growth
Byron Center, it seems, is in the process of major growth! As a community we are reaching out and expanding our wings. We are welcoming more people than ever before, we are building up, encouraging more local jobs, and we are continuing to find more ways to include more people into our town without jeopardizing the small town feel of our home. It’s an exciting time for our community, for sure.

We are so grateful for an amazing year with all of our Byron Center clients. We truly believe that we are right where we are supposed to be: with all of you, in Byron Center.
